How Refunds Work


We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, which means you have 48 hours before your booking time to request a refund.

To start a cancellation, you can contact us at If your cancellation is approved, we’ll send you a refund to the account you purchased your tour with. Cancellations not requested within the time frame mentioned above will NOT be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your cancellation request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
